Needs help with creating an article on Bulbapedia...

So I was looking around Bulbapedia, and I noticed that no article exists for the song Tears, After the Cloudy Weather from the Anime. Seeing that this song has been used many times in the anime, I thought it would be appropriate to create an page for it. However, I'm gonna need some help. I'm gonna need information on all the episodes and movies it was used it, as well as someone to edit the page once it's finished. I'd also like if someone would be willing to collab on the article.
