Needs Mange Advice

Hey, lately I've been wanting to get the full Pokemon Adventures series(Pokemon Special w/e, I call it Adventures because that's what it'll be called on websites that I will order it from) because I used to own the first parts when it first came out in North America.
I read about the whole re-publishing thing, and it's all left me confused...
If I'm looking to own and read the entire thing, what titles should I get?
I was looking at the Desperado Pikachu, Legendary, and Saffron City Siege, but that's only the first part, and some of them costs hundreds to buy new. So I guess that was the original edition?

So... What should I be looking for to buy and read?

Have they released the other chapters in the same way? (Like, Yellow's chapters, GSC chapters, etc.)
On Amazon, I couldn't really find much about those at all.

Off the top of my head. Borders has them ALL. Maybe f.y.e. will have a few copies, but unlikely.
