In DP we got Everstone breeding (which can now be done with both parents) and magma armor/flame body quickening hatching as standard from Emerald. HGSS introduced EV weights breeding for controlling inherited IVs. I think we can safely assume that it will become standard, but what other additions should we have?

I think will be able to have one parent pass nature with an everstone and the other pass on an IV (no clue why they didn't allow it in first place).

I would prefer to be able to Pokemon things to play with in the daycare, acting as more held items (to pass multiple IVs and nature).

I like that item idea, and that makes sense too. *nods*

The Everstone thing works with both parents? I thought it was just the female it worked for. oo; I'm gonna be kicking myself hard if it works for both after all..

Multiple Held Items would be taken to far. Multiple Leftovers attached to one Pokemon will kill competitive, so the day care should have an Item slot for them to hold extra Items for an extra fee

I think he means the ability to leave an item or two extra in the daycare with the Pokemon aside from whatever they are holding. Say.. to leave an item in the daycare that would increase the speed they level up in there, etc. :) I couldn't agree more about holding multiple items in battle - that would be scary. It might happen though.. you never know..

Or Choice Band and Scarf, or two Choice Specs.

I like the idea very much if it's having extra item(s) in the Day Care, but I want some item that pass down the ability of the parent.

What would be good, is if you could go into the day care, and other peoples Pokemon were there, and you saw your Pokemon interacting with them.

Yea i saw in another thread an idea and i really liked it but i cant remeber who posted it so, im not trying to steal his idea.
It was like if you had two pokemon that could breed you could get more than a genric response. Like Miliotic is showing off for gyrados (i guess that should be the other way around) Or Espeon is fed up with Umbreons tricks. Treecko and Bulbasaur are competeing. Just stuff to make it more intresting. It'd also be cool if there was an way to go into the little pen, or field (which i hope gets bigger like in R/S/E,D/P/Pt) and be able to interact with them or play a minigame, i mean hey, your paying them, why not have some fun?

As for what everyone else is saying im not really following this lols, but anything to add to the daycare and breeding is a good addition to me!

You sick piece of...xD

Anyways...one thing I'd like to see is Pokémon's natures affecting the rate of babies too. For example, Modest mothers take longer to breed, but Hasty nature have eggs faster.

But then Gentle and Lonely natures would be...awkward.

^ Lol at your first sentence.

Anyway, I'd like something that would pass down abilities.

Following up: yeah, it works! Saved myself some time recently.

...I thought we were able to do that.

Have one parent hold the Everstone, and have the other hold the desired Choice Item...?

Or am I interpreting this wrong?

You're correct. You can pass one chosen IV with the power items from one parent and the nature most of the time from the other parent that is holding an Everstone.

or if you have a spevcial item it gets a special move more volt tacke like things
