Who she is what what role she plays is uncertain, but we can assume that she trains Pokemon. Perhaps they're a Grass-type Pokemon Trainer? My source confirms that we won't see them until late next year, but that they will play a major role in someone's story.

She'll probably be Misty's rival when she returns next year. I mean, come on, a grass type trainer is the obvious adversary to someone who specialises in water types.
 
Does anyone notice that girl is flat chested? I dunno guys, something is up here.
 
Well I, for one, am glad to see that the media is finally acknowledging that not all girls have a nice pair of mammaries. I hope we see more characters with less standard body types, like a chubby rival.
 
He's obviously a guy who dresses like a girl to oppress women. He must be part of the company that sells the growth hormone cereal that gave May her giant boobs. And Ash and Misty will kick his ass
 
She has a Cacturne, hm? Her name will most likely be Nea, as in Cacnea.
 
She looks very ugly, that's for sure.

With his Water Pokémon, Brock obviously replaced Misty. She'll be his rival.
 
I think she's a new friend that will be traveling with them. :)
 
If she is a Breeder, I hope she breeds with Brock, since Ash won't.
 
I dunno, the character design looks a little funny.
Next thing you know, we'll have some green haired freak named N or something. xD
 
She looks like a rival to me. Probably for May or Misty when she returns.
