New cottagecore merch featuring Pikachu delivering chocolates coming soon to Pokémon Centers in Japan

The Pokémon Company is showing off their latest merchandise drop, a small patchwork-style collection starring Pikachu. The “Pikachu’s Sweet Delivery” mini collection will be arriving to Pokémon Centers in Japan on January 17th, and to the Pokémon Center Online on January 15th.

The centerpiece for this collection is the Pikachu plush, which features the Pokémon wearing an apron and holding a heart-shaped chocolate for ¥2,530 ($16.01 USD). Also available are a mini tote bag for ¥2,750 ($17.40 USD) and a zippered pouch for ¥2,420 ($15.31 USD). A mug featuring the chocolate-delivering Pikachu with a matching lid will also retail for ¥2,420 ($15.31 USD).

Finally, the collection includes two different gift sets of chocolate by Japanese confectionery company Morozoff. The first, styled as a storybook, contains 12 pieces for ¥2,640 ($16.71 USD). A smaller set of 9 chocolates comes in a square tin for ¥1,430 ($9.05 USD).
