I saw them put it up eariler.. some of those moves are crazy, but I'm somewhat dissappointed that Gamefreak didn't give Dialga, Palkia, Gulitina, and Aruseus more unique, god-like, moves.

Ghost type Dig, just 120 base power and goes through Protect. Still gets owned by switching to a Normal type though.

Aruseus is officially the best Pokemon ever. Ability to be any type + base 100 move that corresponds to the type= so uber it is not even funny. Aruseus is definitely going to get banned in the uber metagame.

I don't think so. Ubers are surprisingly resilient and capable of taking on very powerful stuff and dishing it right back - just smack Arseus up a little and sweep it with Deoxys-FR X)

Yeah, but the problem is that you have no idea which Arseus you are going to face. That's going to make it ridiculously hard to counter.

Bug Type was much loved in terms of attacks. Looks like we finally have decent Bug moves.
Rock, Steel, and Dark also love this.
Yea, verily, Aruseus must be banned from anything.
Question: Why make a Pokemon so overwhelmingly powerful compared to all others, knowing it will be banned from competetive play, and shunned by all serious gamers?
Parukia has a better exclusive move. :D
Maybe this will convince the haters to give teh lovely Parukia the respect it deserves.

Yeah, but the problem is that you have no idea which Arseus you are going to face. That's going to make it ridiculously hard to counter.

The great thing about ubers is - it really doesn't matter. With diverse movesets, ubers can come up with ways to deal with just about anything. Also, it should be noted that, in a game of reasonable play, the majority of Arseus will be Normal; this makes room for Leftovers or Choice Band.

You also have to consider that Arseus's stats are distributed rather poorly. Unlike the invincible RBY Mewtwo, Arseus is split - and EVs hurt him. If he goes for a strong attack/speed set, his defenses and HP will be mostly average for ubers; if he tanks, he won't do much damage. Especially if he lacks Leftovers, a strong hit from Groudon or Mewtwo and a quick Pursuit from a Deoxys-FR will crush him.

In any case, it's impossible to say without real testing - people made up a lot of stupid shit about RS (even players of reasonable skill) before RSBot came out, and it was almost all crushed in day 3 of RSBot. It's best to wait and see.

Nonsense, Aruseus has 381 HP and 276 Def/SD with no EVs. The main problem is that it can physical sweep with swords dance or special sweep with calm mind, with access to powerful STAB normal attacks for both (return, exstremespeed, hyper voice). It also packs recover... but what doesn't in DP?

There are enough Legendaries now that you could have a tournament with nothing BUT Legendaries and actually have it be up in the air about what your opponent would use, what with there being 35 of them now.

Yesh, a legendary tournament might work. But remember that certain legendaries are crap.
These would be the ones used:
Ho-Oh
Lugia
Diaruga
Parukia
Giradina
Mewtwo
Deoxys
Kyogre
Groudon
Aruseus

So, the most popular team would be something like this:
Aruseus
Mewtwo
Groudon
Ho-Oh
Diaruga
Giradina

So I doubt legendary tournaments would be interesting.

If you could give Trick to Aruseus, could you use it on a partner in a Double Battle to switch plates?

All of the super Bug Command attacks appear to belong to Beequeen, and their general theme as you might have guessed involve summoning Mitsuhoney to do her bidding. Attack Command rocks.

That's pretty cool!

Seems Korotokku learns some good bug moves later, too bad he is pretty weak...........

Dainose can make himself fly using Electrolevitate. XD

And finally, the Magnemite line can not get its ass handed to it by ground attacks. Too bad Metagross gets it as well. That's just mean.

Ugh. I haven't bothered to look at the altered movesets of the old Pokemon. It looks like almost every single one got at least one new move though.

Depends. They either have a new old move, a new move, or can only learn new moves via TMs and breeding, for example, Trapinch and Spheal.

Pinsir FINALLY gets a good STAB move in Scissor Cross. It's a TM and it also learns it naturally.

Haven't checked Forretress' movepool yet, does it get good Bug and/or Steel moves?
