The second part of the globally popular stop-motion animated series Pokémon Concierge, consisting of four new episodes, is now streaming worldwide exclusively on Netflix. The initial run of four episodes were released worldwide on Netflix on December 28th, 2023. New episodes were first teased during December 2024, and formally announced during the Pokémon Day Pokémon Presents on February 27th of this year, with the trailer and release date revealed during the July 22nd Pokémon Presents.

Pokémon Concierge follows the story of Pokémon Resort concierge Haru (voiced by Non in Japanese/Karen Fukuhara in English), the Psyduck (Hiroshi Kosaka) she works with and the many Pokémon and Trainers who visit as guests. Haru is joined by returning characters from the first part, her coworkers Watanabe (Yoshiko Takemura/Lori Alan), Alisa (Fairouz Ai/Imani Hakim), and Tyler (Eita Okuno/Josh Keaton), with two new characters, Kent (Keita Machida/Jacob Bertrand) and Dan (Kazuhiro Yamaji/Craig Lee Thomas), to be added to the cast.

The summary for the second part reads:
"Since coming here, I haven't had to struggle so much. Maybe that's why I can actually give it my best."
Set in a resort on a tropical island resort for Pokémon, rookie concierge Haru and her partner Psyduck interact with Pokémon guests in this heartwarming story of growth.

In the new episodes (#5-8), Haru has grown a little and is no longer a newbie. She and her partner Psyduck welcome many new Pokémon to the resort, including Sealeo, Shinx, Luxray, Arcanine, and Corphish. Haru spends fun and relaxing days surrounded by these guests, occaisionally handling any problems that pop up. One day, a guy named Kent appears, and he seems to be Haru's ex-boyfriend. Why did he come to the resort? What will happen with his relationship with Haru? Plus, Tyler's uncle Dan arrives at the resort with the Sealeo that has accompanied him for 15 years. Dan, who sometimes looks a little forlorn, is troubled by something...

The theme song for this batch will be "ONOMATOPOEIA ISLAND" (「オノマトペ ISLAND」 ONOMATOPE ISLAND) by Tatsuro Yamashita, taking over from the previous theme Have a Good Time Here (「君の居場所」(Have a Good Time Here) Kimi no Ibasho (Have a Good Time Here)) by Mariya Takeuchi. The song was released for digital streaming purchase via Apple Music iTunes on the same day as the episodes, with pre-orders having been available since August 24th. Tatsuro Yamashita wrote the song specifically for the show with bright vocals and melody, to make this heartwarming number soothe both the mind and the ears.
山下 達郎 (Tatsurō Yamashita) said:

Thank you for letting me take part in this wonderful collaboration between Pokémon and Dwarf Studios on Netflix.
We worked hard to create a film that would live up to the enormous effort that went into the footage - four seconds per team per day, or a mere 30 seconds for eight teams. My image of Pokémon can be summed up in one word: onomatopoeia.
We hope to bring a little brightness to these uncertain times.
