New here:) Got some questions!

Hi everyone I just joined today.

I have a few questions about trading on here for Pokemon X and Y.

1) How can you trade with another person on this site? I see many people saying they can trade Pokemon via PM, but since I'm new here, I do not know how to do that

2) If I figure out how to trade, would anyone be willing to trade me a Snivy with Iron Tail, Aqua Tail, and/or Dragon Pulse? Any nature is fine. I have Level 1 Fennekin, Tyrunt, Oshawott, Totodile, Yanma, Protean Froakie, Ferroseed, Murkrow, Togepi, Skarmory, Larvitar, Tympole, Spiritomb.... All of these have "varying" natures that may or may not be optimal.

If anyone could help me out, that'd be amazing! Thanks
