Hi, welcome to the forums

To set up your profile picture, go to Settings at the top of the forum and Edit Profile Picture, then you can either pick the opton to upload an image from your computer or link to one from another site. This also works to set your avatar, just go to "Edit Avatar" to do so. Dont forget to click "Save Settings" at the bottom when you're done. Hope that helps you.
