Hi im new to the forum. I was wondering how do you add the picture to your profile.
 
Welcome to Bulbagarden!

To add a picture to your profile:

User CP -> On the side, under Your Profile, there should be an option to "Edit Profile Picture." -> Then, you can upload a picture from your computer or enter it's web address.
