Hello everyone! My name is J.D. King and I am a huge pokemon fan (I started with the second generation and got part of the franchise since). My next favourite video game is Fire Emblem: Awakening. I've also played every pokemon main game read the OUTSTANDING pokemon adventures manga and watched the first seasons (when I was younger) of the anime. Also, I am a writer of fanfics with my most recent (and first) work to be a sequel to fire emblem awakening, called "Fire Emblem: Beyond Awakening"(I write in "fanfiction" - you can check it in the writing section). I joined this forum because I heard that it is consisted of people that share the same passion for the games as me. :) I also would definitely like to meet new people :D

I have a dream both as a person and as a writer. As a person, I am studying so I can pass my exams, but in my free time I want to write quality chapters for my Fire emblem fanfic. As a writer, I don't want to write only, but I want to inspire with my work and through it, I can make people happy. That's my dream, to spread some smiles in the world with my work. Write an "Epos".

Oh, heya! I saw your fic in Serenes Forest! I thought it looked familiar. ^^ (I'm Anacybele over there) I started reading it, it looks good so far aside from grammar issues (you need more commas in some places). It could also use a little more description, but it still has a lot of potential! I have a little series of Awakening stories going on as well, btw. :)

It's great to see more Pokefans that also play FE. ^^

Yeah... that generation was definitely my favourite! The legendaries were the best designed of all time (lugia's my favourite... the movie *.*) and it had great post game content.

Oh my... ^.^ Thank you for your kind words :) That is the reason I upload it here as well. I want to gather as much more feedback as possible so I would correct and not make the same mistakes again. I'm very glad you like it :D Well... grammar was never my strongest suit, but if it is only commas I don't mind, but yup... Description isn't either. I believe that is a technique that I will always develop for as long as I write. Keep in mind though that my newest chapters in terms of grammar and description are better because at some point I thought the same to myself. :) I hope you enjoy it so far :D

p.s. Yup seeing Pokefans that play FE is very good :p Do you have a link about your writings? I would like to check them out ;)

Well, you've come to the right place then! Thankfully, Bulbagarden's writing community is not nearly as harsh as Serenes Forest's tends to be with criticism. You should feel right at home here. :) I know I do! And yeah, improving on things like general grammar skills and description takes practice and time to get good at, so no worries.
