The Pokémon Company is debuting their latest merchandise collection, もぐもぐウォッチング! (loosely, Munch Munch Watching!), which features different Pokémon eating their snacks. The collection features unique plushes, plenty of home goods, accessories, and stationery. The new merch will arrive at Pokémon Centers in Japan on May 30th, and at the Pokémon Center Online on May 28th.

The plushes in this line all come with different functions, starting with a posable Zweilous with its two heads fighting over a Berry for ¥1,980 ($12.44 USD). A set of Tandemous keychains, each holding its half of a Sitrus Berry, retails for ¥3,300 ($20.73 USD), and a pair of Pincurchin can vibrate to get closer to each other as they munch on their seaweed for ¥3,080 ($19.35 USD). A Drowzee using Dream Eater features on a cushion for ¥3,850 ($24.18 USD), and a plush Graveler having a pebble as its snack features as an onigiri pouch for ¥2,200 ($13.82 USD). Pincurchin appears again, this time as a plush tissue dispenser for ¥3,740 ($23.49 USD), and a Swalot with two Gulpin friends appears as a plush phone stand for ¥2,970 ($18.66 USD). Finally, two different clapping Spheal toys, one smiling and one with its eyes closed, will retail for ¥1,760 ($11.05 USD) a piece.

This collection was designed in collaboration with Japanese artist/illustrator Imomushi, whose professional name (which directly translates to “caterpillar”) was inspired by Caterpie in the Pokémon anime. This new merch is not expected to be available via Amazon Japan.
