New Pokemon Episodes On 9Go! in Australia

I don't think that this has come up on the forums, but the new episodes of Pokemon is moving from the Toasted TV bloc on Eleven to the new Go! Kids bloc on 9Go! (Go! to screen Go! Kids block during daytimes). For the past couple of weeks, 9Go! has been airing the XY series, and from next year, 9Go! will be airing the Sun/Moon series.

I personally haven't been watching the anime for a long time (since it was on the now defunct Cheez TV on Network 10 back when we had analogue television), but this is the first time a saga has not been on Network 10 or one of its digital channels. So what do you think of this move?

Yeah, I saw it on 9Go! the other day and thought that was pretty weird. I assumed 9Go! was just airing it with Channel Eleven also airing it. It's kind of sad to see it move from the Ten network, but 9Go! does have a different time slot for kids programming, so that might help it. I know that it was always a drag for me to have to wake up at like 6:30 in the past when I wanted to see the dub episodes of the Advance Generation series or the Diamond and Pearl series and I'm sure children nowadays might prefer this time slot as well. Do you know when the new episodes will air, because I saw XY006 the other day, the episode where Ash gets his firs Kalos Gym badge.

Looks like America's not the only country that'll be switching channel, an hour ago it was confirmed that 9Go will now be airing Sun & Moon once XYZ finishes on Eleven's Toasted TV block.

Kinda ironic because most of 9Go! shows are from CN.
