I'm not sure if I really want this or not.

An evolution for Dewgong.

I like it the way it is, but Hydration isn't enough to make it get at least some use. It's stats are okay, nothing amazing. It's movepool is the same.

So yeah, I'd love a Dewgong evolution without a horrible design such as Rypherior or Lickilicky.

Very true. Rhyperiour is horrible. it and hippodown are aloso the ones i HATE in bertha's team. its spirte looks like '' hes saying hes the best''. even its stats are horrible for an elite pokemon!

Rhyperior has one of the best designs, in my opinion. Just a tad too much orange. Also, it is one of the best pokemon in both Attack and Defense.
