Doesn't sound like the new motto.... Are you sure this is the new motto? Wasn't there a "Team Rocket will be there to make evreything worse"
part? Or is this another country thing? : )

THat's just a translation of the Japanese DP one, the english BF one is that one that has the "Wherever there's peace in teh universe, Team Rocket will be there, to make everything worse."
