New series to be released! Related to Diamond & Pearl

Hi guys! Sorry I hadn't been on in awhile, I had been busy. Well I've got great news, I found a "Wikipedia" website, & it's article on the Pokémon anime said that there's going to be a new series titled "Pokémon Ranger" & it is based on the Pokémon Diamond & Pearl games that are coming out soon! here's the official quote from the website:

A teaser at the end of the eighth movie revealed that the next movie will bare the name Pokémon Ranger. It is assumed that the television series will also use that name, as a similar incident occured with the fifth movie, where the Pocket Monsters Advanced Generation name was revealed. The series is known to revolve around the upcoming games Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.

So do you guys think this is just a fluke or the real deal? I can't wait for it! ^_^ :lx151:

This has actually been known for quite a while. At least since the 8th movies release. We're still not sure it's the title for the next series but it's a fair guess.

I'm more shocked that you found the "Wikipedia" website than that Wikipedia has this information.

We also recently found out that "Pokémon Ranger" is a future game for the DS.

While the movie will probably be related to that game in some way, we don't yet know how much it will affect the D/P saga.

By the way, it was recently posted on Wikipedia that the next console game will be called "Pokémon ROFL", so unless we know about it, it is most likely a fluke.
