New TCG Cards Are Silly

I think it's silly that if you get a rare card you either get the top half or the bottom half.I think it's unfair you get the top half then you have to spend more money to find the bottom half.:bash:

Well,I don't play the TGC ,but I love the concept of the bi parted cards,design wise,of course.The illustration of the legionaries look yaw-dropping.

Whilst the illustrations on them are lovely, I think it's a little dickish to make us get two halves of a card to be able to play it. I'd prefer it if they were just one card :<

They're not silly at all. They have epic artwork, and that's what I'm cool with. But my biggest gripe is that the text is a bit jumbled up.

I voted no, but in a way I definitely think they are. Although they have top-notch art which wouldn't be possible on a smaller card (at least it couldn't be as detailed), the two-card-ness is horseshit as far as the game goes.

The new Legends, particularly Entei/Raikou, have some great attacks, but the terrible conditions for playing the card almost outweigh that. Almost. So I voted no.

Um I'm gonna give my two cents on it I guess. Don't murder me if I get something wrong, I haven't been in the TCG thing for a very long time.

Well it depends on how you look at it. I mean all you need is any 4 energy and the two Ho-Oh cards and you get a 100 damage ATK for it. Yeah the discard is a >_> pain but I believe there should be plenty cards that help there, no?

As for Lugia having 3 different energy in a deck is hard. I know I've been out of the TCG since like 2004 but I know that having 3 types in a 60 card deck is a horrible, HORRIBLE, way to run a deck. It's POWER thing makes getting the energies easier and a 200 ATK for just 3 seems nice. However I think that 3 DIFFERENT energies for a 200 ATK AND on top of that getting both Lugia parts is ridiculous.

As for the 3 Legendary Beasts cards...Umm I guess you better hope you are smart when playing those. Seeing what their PokePOWER is I wouldn't play those cards. But that's just personally, I wouldn't wanna risk my opponent getting such a reward. Looking at all of their attacks I think Raikou&Suicune and Suicune&Entei would be the only ones WORTH trying to play. The Suicune&Entei card would imo be the best one to try out of all...

As for Drakrai&Cresselia the PokePOWER wouldn't be worth playing, but then "Lost Crisis" kinda could work a lot in your favor. Again it seems like a risk...and the "Moon's Temptation" is meh to me...but I guess it could be some-what useful.

So are they "silly" to me?
Hm actually most yes. The only one's even worth trying are Suicune&Entei and Darkrai&Cress imo...otherwise they are just not worth it..

I know the art works epic and it won't fit on a smaller card but couldn't they make the card as big as it needs.
