Of note is that third one. A woman with red hair styled that way who is a member of Team Rocket....could it possibly be Silver's mom/Giovanni's wife?

it could be Silvers mom or Giovanni's wife. That would be cool. At first i thought it was mars lol.
 
I think that the admins in front outfits look like they were stolen from team galactic
 
First one looks like a thinner version of Charon.

Second one kinda looks like a cross between Darach and Lloyd Asplund from Code Geass.

The final one resembles Domino without the curls.
 
So the admins are given their own identity now...

I swear there were six of them though.
 
Some of them didn't have a really major role and can just be replaced with grunts.
 
They look like they're from Shinoh,not Johto.

I like the admin next to the female admin. The other two male admins are sort of creepy.

I hope they get names in this game,I don't recall them having names in FR/LG or G/S/C.

Weird,why are they dressed differently? Are the front two more high leveled then the other two,who are probably almost grunts?
 
The ones on either end have more personalised styles than the regular Grunt's we've seen. They're probably Admins, where as the two in the front are the male + female leaders from the old games.

They just have that Shinoh look. The different regions trainer classes tend to have different looks.

I should note that the video WPM took indicates that the male Psychic has the same sprites as in DPt....
 
I'm guessing that the 4th one is the one disguised as the Radio Director, simply because he doesn't have the Rocket 'R' displayed, which would be a give-away as the director. The middle two are probably the Lake of Rage Executives trying to find Giovanni, because they look different from everyone else in TR. The first guy is probably just another minor executive who runs the minor operations, like Slowpoke well or something else.

Though if they made these executives unique, it makes me wonder if the Power Plant grunt from GSC will return and be unique too. Or if they changed the entire sequence there.
 
Yay! New Rockets!!! (I never ever thought I'd be able to say that again. So yay for HGSS in general.)

*squints* I'd have a LOT more to say, but I can't really see them that well. o_o I'll just wait for higher quality pics.

I'm almost positive that the two in the white uniforms are the man and woman you battle with Lance while you're going through the Mahogany town TR base. The ones trying to find Gio, like everyone else has said.
 
And I hope those two are in a tag double battle this time around... that'd rock.

Yes. You and Lance versus the two executives. It's almost the established standard now. though it begs the question of whether that would be the epic, final battle with TR, or if there would be a battle akin to your one with Cyrus.

In order: Director impersonator
Male Leader
Female Leader and Silver's Mother
Leader of Mahogany operations.

I think that the Director and the Mahogany admins go the other way around. I mean, the guy on the end is standing in a way where the Red TR 'R' isn't visible. It'd be a pretty big give-away if the impersonator had the "R" after all.
