New trailer. Not up on YouTube, yet (or, more accurately, I couldn't find it after searching for it briefly...so sue me). Shows them in action, shows the villains, and gives you an idea of what the plot is.

Doesn't look half bad, but it's certainly aimed at the fans of the current series as opposed to the fans of the original series or the comic.

Its aimed at comic and cartoon fans. The movie is continuity with the original movie trilogy, so Shredder is dead and Karai is the new leader of the Foot Clan.

I just hope the "monster plot" doesn't turn people off. Some people may be going into this movie thinking its TMNT Vs. Shredder and the Foot but that's not what this movie is about at all.

The main villain is Max Winters (new character made for the movie) and a bunch of monsters. I hope you all give it a shot.

Rocksteady and Bebop were creations of those who wrote the original cartoon series, and weren't in the original comics to my knowledge.

And Shredder...as Scott said, he's dead.

They sounds like a people from 4Kids. It's looks fine plotwise and the animation is impressive.

I've read all the original comics. Max Winters is a new character made up for the movie. Which comic do you think he was in? You're probably confusing him for someone else.

The voice actors aren't the 4kids people, but they sure sound a lot like them. Kevin Munroe went with different actors to give the movie its own feel.
