Pokemon contest! Tatsuami convention! (air date-16th April)

Machoke (don't know whose) and Dawn's Ambipom are in the contest. Kenny might be participating as well.
 
Another contest. Don't tell me Dawn's getting her final ribbon already. I can't assume but I wanted her final ribbon to be recieved in Sunnyshore.
 
Kenny is in the ep right before this with Jun, so I figure Kenny has the Machoke?

Either way Machoke makes me disinterested in this episode. Machoke is making its what....10,000th appearance in the Pokemon anime?

You'd think with 493 Pokemon to choose from, the writers would use a Pokemon we haven't seen in awhile rather than give Machoke his 10,000th episode.
 
A Machoke in a contest does give people a chance to see that Machokes aren't only used for battles and construction
 
Given that we already knew this would be a contest episode, and we knew the name of the town the contest would be held in, did anyone NOT expect this title?
 
Well, for all we know, this could be Jessie's third ribbon. Perhaps the final match is Yanmega vs. Ambipom and Ambipom loses. Perhaps this wounds Ambipom's pride, which carries over into the pingpong ep, in which Ambipom discovers its talent for the sport, which leads to Ambipom regaining its confidence and.... leaving, I guess.
 
Odds are now they're probably going to have the GV in Hearthome now Dawn'll most like loose this one because she has gotten pretty over confident I pretty that they have put in two contest and we still arn't in Snowpiont hopefully it'll be in the next episode

Yeah, and the next title will obviously be the ping pong episode, and then the eps after that likely the Candice episodes.

The scan basically spoiled the next couple of eps, so the next few titles will just show what we already know.
 
During her battle with Maylene, Dawn never had a chance to fight Machoke. This might be her chance to fight against one. But how is Ambi gonna win against the fighting type?

And I'm thinking Kenny wins this one, just a hunch. I like Kenny, he wants to proove himself to Dawn (kinda) and I hope he does here :)

But I always wait for BulbaBot to confirm new episodes
 
Why is everyone assuming Eteboth will be in both rounds? Unless there's something I missed, the scan just shows her in the appeals round.
 
You know. Even If I don't like Dawn most of characters (because too much credit is given to her, her wins..) I want her to win. Because if it is so we would faster get to Sinnoh League because of that.
 
Considering we have a Mamoswine episode tomorrow, why wouldn't Mamoswine be an option being in the contest?
 
I agree it's too early for Dawn to win her final ribbon. Well, it doesn't help matters that the last contest was just a few episodes ago.
 
I don’t have a problem that a Machoke is going to be in a contest. I mean, I know it’s one of the top 5 most over-used Pokémon ever, but at least seeing a Machoke in a contest is a nice change of pace to show that Machoke’s are more than just battlers.

Since nowadays two Pokemon are used for appeals and battles, I have a feeling that Machoke won't be used for appeals.
