New to Battle Subway

Edit 2: And Dragonite can just Dragon Dance on his own if he wants. So yeah, move along, village idiot babbling over here.

I've never really done any Battle Subway before. I've thrown my in-game team in once or twice, but that's it.

But here's my question. I've heard that the trainers don't switch out like they should. Is there any reason that:

- Truant Durant with Entrainment
- Speed Boost Ninjask with Swords Dance/Protect/Baton Pass
- Multiscale Dragonite with ExtremeSpeed + coverage moves.

... Wouldn't just demolish everything? It seems too simple to be right.
