New to this, was looking for a mew and a few pokewalker routes

I've never dealt with anything Nintendo and online but just got into Soulsilver pretty heavy. I was wondering how difficult it would be to get a mew (favorite pokemon) and the Yellow Forest, Sightseeing and Amity Meadow Pokewalker routes? any and all help would be appreciated and some patience as i've never messed with the friend codes and the trading or mystery gifts on the DS. Also i really hope i got the GEn IV thing right.
 
Im sorry but these routes were limited time events so you cant get em anymore. Two of them were Japan only too.
