I'm following the advice given when I registered and introducing myself here... I live in the east of England, I'm 24 years old, and I've played Pokemon since I had Red for my gameboy about ten years ago. I loved it, and Crystal, although I must admit I completely missed the third generation apart from a brief go on Ruby on a friends GBA (I missed the old Pokemon too much), but I got back into it in a big way with the DS games. I made my peace with the third gen when I caught an Absol, which has replaced Blastoise as my all time favourite Pokemon, and am now considering tracking the 3rd gen games down to complete the set and kill time til HGSS come out here. Are they hard to get?
Another question... i had downloaded the members card mystery gift and gotten Darkrai. I recently restarted Platinum with Lvl 1 versions of all Evolutionary families in the Sinnoh Dex traded in, plus the legendaries i'd caught, including the Darkrai. I didn't think it would be possible to download the Member's card again on the same Card, but it let me... does this mean i can catch another Darkrai (when i get to the right point of course)?
