Newcomer to the Bulbagarden

Hi all,

I'm a graduate student in OK, and a newcomer to the forums. I've been a fan of Pokemon since I received both Red and Blue Versions for Christmas when they were released in the US. I'm a huge fan, and have played a game from nearly every generation. Currently, my played list is missing Diamond/Pearl (I didn't have a DS at the time, & now that I do I'm mostly broke, haha!). I'm currently working on a playthrough of Silver in honor of TPP (I know we're playing Crystal, but I went with my favorite G2 game).

So...that's that! I'm glad to be here and look forward to hangin' out.

I have Gold that I wanted to play again too, but the battery inside the game cartridge is dead, meaning it forbids me from saving the game, so I have to replace it. I just can't find the screw driver to open it.
