As reported by Equestria Daily:

Soft Rainbow Dash's and 10,000 overstocked g3.5 toys (Found above) are sold within the next three days. Because of this, we will be indoctrinating you all into the old stuff.

It's really not so bad! Rainbow Dash might not be the daredevil narcissist we all love in alternate universe ponyville, but she does wear really nice hats. Just look at that thing! Rarity would hire a hitpony just for a chance at stealing it, and she is the element of generosity for Celestia sake!

And don't forget Applejack. Shes so silly! It's really cute actually! Who wouldn't want to draw pictures of her knocking over fences and falling on her ass? This is comedy gold right here!

I think with a bit of love and tolerance, we can come to accept our new g1-3.5 overlords. Look, even Twilight Sparkle joined the new herd!

Discuss.

"Rainbow Dash always dresses in style"? That is a very bold claim. I fail to see anything stylish about that "hat."

Even G4 Rainbow Dash is better, with her understated masculine style. Coltsswear-for-mares is all the rage in Manehattan these days, you know.

I just watched an episode of 3.5.

My EYES.

Should I or shouldn't I resurrect my dead account?

Should.

Gen 1 is Best Gen.

I just saw Equestria Daily's little makeover. I wonder if I should send in my Gen 1 work for the day.

I've watched G3.5. I have to admit I laughed a Newborn Cuties, but only because it was so bad. To think they actually paid people to animate it. Our high school projects had to be better animated than that.

I think the sound effects taken from bad mid-90s computer games are what really made that Gen 3.5 clip for me. :flinch:

It actually kind of makes me sad, how people thought they could put so little effort into something and it would be fine just because it's for little kids. I feel like that's been a problem in preschool-age programming since the early '90s, when Barney was created because people thought Sesame Street was too highbrow for that age group, and little kids' shows gradually got dumbed down more and more. Hopefully the latest incarnation of MLP represents a shift away from that line of thinking.

(note I'm talking about stuff for LITTLE kids here, not stuff for older kids as the '90s was a golden age for that)

Ohoho! Is that a challenge? I do believe that is a challenge. Well, in that case...

Challenge accepted, Celestia.

Oh god..no. ANYTHING BUT G3!! Hell, I'll even take Sea Ponies over G3...T_T
