Today marked the first day of the Champions League Tokyo tournament for the Pokémon Trading Card Game, with the best Japanese players facing off against each other to see who the true champion is! As always, the event was livestreamed on the official Japanese Pokémon Card Game channel on YouTube. At the end of today's stream, the upcoming Super Electric Breaker expansion was officially revealed for the first time. This set will be released in Japan next month on October 18th, and will release internationally as part of the previously announced Scarlet & Violet—Surging Sparks expansion, which comes out November 8th.

A follow-up video summarizing the new cards was also posted to the channel following the end of the stream.

Translations of all cards revealed today can be found in the table below, and will be added on Bulbapedia shortly.

The last 2 cards in the main set are Stadium cards. Because of that, Super Electric Breaker won't have any new Special Energy cards.
Additionally, just like Transformation Mask, the set will only have 3 Supporter cards because Cyrano is the first one, and it's right after Technical Machine: Fluorite. Amarys could still be in this set.
Due to the fact there will be 12 Illustration Rare cards (all numbered from 107 to 118), and Pikachu ex SR's number is 122/106, there are set to be 3 more Pokémon ex before Pikachu ex.
Furthermore, Magnemite has artwork by debuting artist, Hoshino KURO.
Overall, this set will have 13 Trainer cards because Terapagos is the last Normal- or Flying-type Pokémon in the National Pokédex.
Another thing I noticed is Pikachu ex's regular number: 033/106. This means that the first 32 cards of the set are :G:/:R:/:W: Pokémon. Some of those could be first partner Pokémon, and, like I said, 3 of them will be Pokémon ex.
Last but not least - the Illustration Rares themselves. We already know Surging Sparks has 23 Illustration Rare cards from the media alert, so I feel like it will have all of them from Paradise Dragona and all from Super Electric Breaker - except one, Magneton, that will instead be the ETB promo for Surging Sparks.
