I'm bored and my speculation of Kricketune for Nando and pink Shellos for Zoey (though that was after she said she'll get a water type) were right so why not try again?
Ash: Pikachu Buizel Staraptor Grotle Infernape Lucario
I'm sure the Aipom/Buizel trade will happen
Staravia obviously will evolve otherwise they wouldn't have it evolve so early
I think Turtwig will evolve to Grotle (maybe the next region to Torterra like Treecko but currently I think Grotle is enough and fits him better)
Chimchar is likely to fully evolve to Infernape and kill Paul at the league
I hope and also think it's highly likely Ash will get an egg that will hatch into Riolu that eventually possibly even at the current saga will evolve to Lucario
(and don't say stupid things like "Ash shouldn't have two from the same type!" as we're talking about the anime and not the games- Ash doesn't need a good team to win... he'll win if the writers will want him to win and he'll lose if the writers will want him to lose no matter what Pokémon he use... not to mention how rarely we get 6 on 6 battles)
Dawn: Piplup Buneary/Lopunny Pachirisu Aipom Cherrim (possibly Combee/Vespiquen or another sixth Pokémon)

Buneary hopefully won't evolve but they might use the Sooth Bell and the friendship check thing in the Pokétch to evolve it
For me it's already confirmed Piplup won't evolve... Dawn's Piplup is the first Pokémon to seem like it's "the new Pikachu" and it proved it can beat its evolved form similar to what Pikachu did with Raichu... and if Kenny is a recurring rival he'll let us see enough Prinplup/Empoleon
Cherubi/Cherrim seems perfect for her and when she saw Gardenia's Cherubi she scan it with her Pokédex and said it's cute while usually Ash scan the new Pokémon
She also did the same with Combee and Vespiquen but I'm not sure about them
I'd say Munchlax if May didn't have one already and we don't need her to be even more May than she already is
Brock: Sudowoodu Croagunk Blissey
All I can see for him is Happiny to fully evolve because Blissey is one of the most neglected Pokémon
Jessie: Wobbuffet Seviper Dustox
I think she might not get anything like James in Johto but if she'll get something (hopefully her Lickitung back and it'll evolve but I'm not sure how likely that is) Dustox probably will leave
James: Mime Jr. & Carnivine... and his Victreebel back?
I can't see any reason for him to give Cacnea other than the writers planning to give him another Pokémon (strange as Jessie didn't get any change for more than 200 episodes and should finally get something unlike James)
Since Gardenia already did offer a trade and since the episode after the Cacnea one one is likely to either have the Aipom/Buizel trade or at least bring up this idea I think it's likely now that she'll trade with James (I know that James isn't the type to want a trade and he'll probably just give it to her if he'll think it's better for Cacnea but she might insist to be fair to have him take a Pokémon)
She probably won't trade her "main" three but she has other 3 that she offer him to trade: Vileplum Bellsom and Victreebel
Obviously he'll choose Victreebel if it'll be any of those... he already got happy from the thought to get swallowed by one again when she offer the trade to him and since not only he mentioned his Victreebel but also the dub added a line about it in DP2 (I'm sure they might know some things we don't) I think it's possible he'll get his own Victreebel that somehow got to Gardenia (I know he had two but the second one got and left at the same episode like Raticate or Magikarp and Hopip and the writers usually don't care about such Pokémon)
And I must say it's totally stupid how James didn't say anything about Victreebel to the Magikep salesman... he saw him at least 2 if not more times after the trade with him and for all he knows he still have it... and this might also have you suspect he might really get his own Victreebel by a trade since he also lost it by a trade (and if this will happen Jessie must also get back her Lickitung) or at least a new Victreebel
I also hope James will keep contact with Gardenia so he'll be able to see Cacnea again sometimes and even take it back temporarily... and hopefully they'll remeber "Nanny and Pop-Pop" and start to have TR send their Pokémon there like Ash does with Oak instead of releasing them all the time... maybe even James will get back Chimecho and its new friend Chingling? Chimecho should be fine now after so much time...
Paul: Elekid Ursaring Weavile Honchkrow Torterra Ninjask?
Elekid might either fully evolve to be a new Pokémon or not evolve at all or only once to seem more equal to Pikachu
Ursaring and Weavile I think might stay but also might get released or sent to wherever Paul keeps his other Pokémon
Murkrow will obviously evolve
He'll get a fire type the next time we'll see him be sure... it's just like how Zoey said she'll get a water type and got it... everyone automatically think Magmortar but I'm not sure as it may also be an older Pokémon
I don't really know what else to speculate for Paul unless Misdreavus/Murkrow aren't a coincidence and they plan to have Paul and Zoey get "counterparts" so he'll get the blue Shellos and Stunky (and if thats the case Zoey might get a Magby)

Again it's obvious that Roselia will evolve

Prinplup might evolve but not soon... it's already kinda strange he started a little before Dawn and already have his starter evolved AND fully evolved Psychic type that often showcased as really powerful
we have Piplup/Prinplup Aipom&Buneary/Glameow as "rivals"... Pachirisu need one too so maybe he'll have an electric type? Shinx seems to fit him
