It's the first match on September 27th. Nidoran F vs. Samus Aran. The theme of the contest is battle of the sexes. :lol:
 
That's all that's there to represent Pokemon, too.

You think Misty or May could have gotten the nomination.

Nidoran F? KOROBOOSHI SHOULD REPRESENT POKEMON!

However, I believe Pokemon beat Metroid in the Best Game Series Contest last month....
 
Everyone on the contest boards needed mroe female nominations, so they got everyone to rally for Nidoran F. There was a whole thing with CJayC saying that it wouldn't get in because it was generic, but they actually managed to get it overturned.

<3 board 8 and their joke nominations.

Not quite.

Also, keep in mind that Pokemon as a series is far stronger than the Pokemon characters - people tend to have their individual Pokemon preferences even if they like the series. That's the trouble with having 386 characters :p

On the other hand, Samus IS Metroid. So there's very little wasted strength there.
 
We don't want a presumably racist Pokemon representing our fandom...

Should of gone with Latias.
 
techncally there're 6 playable characters and 24 gym leaders and hundreds of random tainers. Far more than 386.
 
The trainers aren't the ones doing the work, it is like counting Mark in FE for GBA as a character representing the franchise.
