Backstory: The Rockets have gone too far. They shocked the world with the attempted takeover of Silph, and the powers that be decided it was a step too far. Those higher-up have decided that the darkness of Team Rocket must be removed from the face of the planet. Reports have surfaced of an underground Rocket headquarters in the Seafoam Islands. It is supposed that the base is an important one, and it will doubtelessly be portected by some of the best trainers Team Rocket has. For this reason, a group of elite trainers has been assembled on Cinnabar Island to combat the Rockets. You have been selected to participate in the eradication of this "Night~Guild", as the local police have taken to calling it. If you choose to accept, you will face some of the greatest trials of your life, and do battle with the best Pokemon trainers that Kanto has to offer.

This is an IMPORTANT section... failure to comply with the restrictions presented here will result in being asked to re-write your Pokemon's stats... and nobody wants that. So, first of all... nobody can have Legendary's. NOBODY. Next, in the interest of keeping the pokemon battles level, I place these restrictions on Pokemon levels...
1. You have a total of 100 levels to make up your team.
2. The max level of any one pokemon is 40.
(ex. you could have two level 40's and a level 20. Or you could have six level 16's. You could NOT have six level 40's)

Personality: Introspective character, a rather dreary outlook on life. He finds solace in his Pokemon and the familiarity they bring.
History: Born and raised in Pewter City, he was educated then rejected by the public schools there. His parents and family still reside in Pewter, but Tom felt the drab surroundings and rocks to be too dull, hardly befitting his chaotic soul. He embarked on his Pokemon journey at the age of 12, and has since risen through the ranks to become one of the more notable figures on the Pokemon landscape. He is known for his use of unorthodox battle techniques and innovation.
Appearance: Curling auburn hair that reaches down to the nape of his neck. He wears a dark grey tee, tan shorts, hiking boots, and a belt, where he has his Poke Balls. He also wears a mustard yellow hat, always backwards.
