This may sound stupid but both have huge speed(If deoxys is in speed form)
 
Haha. It actually makes sense in a way.

Anyways, Deoxys. Never really liked Ninjask too much.
 
yes stupid and put a poll but regardless ninjask because part of its name is NINJA

Bug > Psychic, give that little ninja the right EVs and he might stand a chance lol polls are getting goofy hehe
 
Hah! I actually defeated an speed Deoxys with Ninjask (In RSE)
Of course it was in the battle before he sent it, but it still was awesome. And Silver Wind's effect then kicked in, so when I did Baton Pass into Rayquaza it kind of killed everything.

Lesson: Don't underestimate insects that walk along gods.
 
Ninjask's Speed Boost raised its speed! x ∞

Plus Bug types moves are Super Effective against Psychics.
 
Ninjask is faster than Deoxys Normal, Deoxys Atk and Deoxys Def, it can OHKO Atk and Normal.

After one Speed Boost it will be faster than Deoxys Speed and can 2HKO if it got a Focus Sash.

However it will lose to Deoxys Def, still 3 out of 4 times Ninjask wins.
 
Deoxys used Extreme speed!

Ninjask just fucking exploded from Deoys's sheer epicness.
 
Deoxys. It has slightly less speed, but much more offensive power.
 
Ninjask, Deoxys scared the crap out of me the first time I saw it.
 
Well if Deoxys is in speed forme.....well Ninjask isn't going to win. Thats all that needs to be said.
