Chapter 0: Introduction

So you've heard of witches. Yes, witches. They fly on brooms, they make deadly brews, they cast evil spells, and people be them on Halloween. But this story is about real witches. Real witches, who are bald. Real witches, that don't have green skin. Real witches, that don't dress in black. Real witches, that squelch all kinds of people. Now, an army of Nintendo characters are going to stop them.

More fit to be a blurb than anything else. I like the idea behind it, but you need to lengthen it out more. Perhaps something like a prologue, explaining the history of witches and what causes the Nintendo characters to revolt against them. Otherwise, the idea is good with few grammar errors.

Chapter 1: Charlie

Charlie is a young 9-year old boy, a regular, normal 9-year old boy. At least, he was a regular 9-year old boy. His parents had died when they encountered the you-know-whos, who kicked them into an endless pit. Now he lives with his grandmother, who told him all about the witches. "These witches have caused terror all over the Earth," G-ma said, as Charlie called her, "most specifically in young children like you. The numbers have dissapeared from 50 years ago to now, contracting from 400 to 10. But still, these 10 witches are the most dangerous of all of the witches that ever lived. The only way to defeat them is to find the legendary stone known as the Ne-Te-Doh stone, hidden miles beneath the Gaam mountain."
"But how am I supposed to reach there?"
"Oh, Charlie, darling-"
"What? Cmon, G-ma, tell me!"
"Miles may be too far for a young boy like you, but you'll see."
