No F'ing way! (MD Anime Related!)

Uh.... did they repeat it or something?

Normally when posting a topic, it's helpful to actually include the specifics of what it is you're talking about for those not capable of reading minds through the tubes of the internet >_>...

CN is airing Mysterious Dungeon right now, and Gengar now says "Go, Ekans!".

So, PUSA realized their mistake and fixed it. That's what I call "dedicated" imo. Fixing such a small mistake, that was blown to proportions by the fans, PUSA get's another point from me.

I'm as suprised as you are, I thought they wouldn't fix it. Interesting.

Wow. First James has an emotional range, then a tiny mistake gets fixed because the fans protested about it.

PUSA, I'm impressed.

Now just recast Sarah and used only japanese BGM and it can be perfect;-)

That settles that. It was a mistake and not a pun or whatever the pro-PUSA brigade was trying to explain it away as.

Good of PUSA to fix it, though. It returns their credibility.

While I don't like their replacement of the original BGM, stuff like this really earns my respect for showing that they actually give a damn.

It could still of been a pun in the original that PUSA left in, but realized made no sense in America.

The last time 4Kids corrected one of their naming mistakes.

What is never?

I still think it was a pun in the Japanese version but PUSA decided the gripage was worth fixing one word. Kudos to them. Now the Mysterious Dungeon special is just about the best English Pokemon dub ever.

stop trying so hard, it was a mistake. They fixed it. No pun, no joke, it was a mistake and since then has been corected.

Either way, PUSA did something right.

I also heard they fixed "Hooked on Onix" and "Choose it or Lose it!" when they reaired on CN recently.

I wonder if PUSA has people who visit message boards and such, and then report to management about any major problems so they can be fixed. It would make sense.
I remember that it was stated somewhere a couple months ago that they indeed do that. I think it had something to do the SOVA discussion that this was stated.

It did.

Besides the occasional visits from VA's, I think there's at least 2 PUSA people browsing these forums currently. Of course, I have no idea if they have anything to do with the production of the anime directly. I kind of doubt it, to be honest. More likely to simply be people from the marketing department.
