No sound (Trying to play AAC encoded audio with video)

I totally have this Diamond and Pearl Episode (first one), but I still can't get any sound in Quicktime. If I play it in VLC, it plays choppy.

I like totally need help getting this video to play the audio.

I'm not using Windows, I'm using Mac OS X 10.4. Don't link me to Windows Codecs, they like totally won't work.
