No 'Toolbar' On Blog Post

I went to go post a blog, and while I was writing I noticed that I didn't have all the options I normally do at the top of my post. I'm not sure if I missed something, but I am pretty confident that the toolbar was there before.

I'm using Firefox and the skin is Erika's New Garden, if that is any help.

Not sure if I'm the only one with this problem, but I figured I should report it. Don't know if I should mention anyone specific, so I'll leave that to you higher-ups.

Have you recently changed any of your user settings, disabling the advanced editor perhaps?
