Noibat and Noivern will be sleepwalking their way onto player's devices later this month, as they making their Pokémon Sleep debuts in the Pokémon Skills Spotlight Week Vol. 1 event. This event is scheduled to begin on March 23rd at 4:00am local time, running through to March 30th at 3:59am local time.

This latest event will allow Researchers to participate and gain bonuses regardless of where they conduct their sleep research, with the following bonuses active throughout the event period:
  • At least one Pokémon will be hungry during Sleep Researchers' first sleep research session of the day.
  • Researchers can encounter a few Pokémon of different sleep types regardless of their own sleep type for the day.
  • Researchers will have access to the limited-time Mini Candy Boost Function
    • This event-limited function will give Pokémon 2× the effect from candies, at a cost of using 4× times the amount of Dream Shards per candy.
    • Mini Candy Boost can be used with up to 50 candies per day
Noibat and Noivern make their Pokémon Sleep debuts alongside the start of this event, from Monday March 23rd at 3:00pm (UTC). Players who are in the middle of Sleep Research at the time it debuts should have a chance of seeing it when they complete their sleep.

As with other Dragon-type Pokémon, Noibat and Noivern collect Yache Berries. Both Pokémon have the Dozing sleep type, which corresponds to the "awake" or "light sleep" phase of a sleep cycle. As of writing, no information is yet available on the Pokémon's Specialization or Main Skill, though given the nature of the event they're debuting alongside it's likely they are both Skills Pokémon

Noibat and Noivern will appear at Greengrass Isle, Taupe Hollow, Amber Canyon, and Greengrass Isle (Expert).

Noibat Incense items will be able to be used from the instant the Pokémon goes live. As with previous Pokémon debuts, it's likely that Noibat Incense will become available in special bundles available for purchase in-game before this event commences.

  • Event bonuses apply only for sleep tracking that begins within the event period, and do not apply to sleep tracking during the tutorial, or to sleep data tracked before the event, even if the researcher waits to review their sleep research after the event has started.
  • The Mini Candy Boost function will only be available during this event. While Mini Candy Boost may be unlocked in another event in future, the amount of EXP gained, the Dream Shard consumption, and/or the number of candies that may be used in one day may be different in future events.
  • Sleep data tracked during the event will receive event bonuses, regardless of if the researcher waits to review their sleep research until after the event has concluded.
  • In circumstances where there are event bonuses of the same type from overlapping events, these bonuses will not be additive or mulplicative, and only the larger bonus will apply.
