Abilities example:

Jin-sai: A jin-sai is an inherent ability that certain fighting earn by default in their lives. There are 5 types of Jin-sai; Attack, Build, Cure, Defend, Evade. Each species has two.

-Kaioshin: Kieruken (E) - A Kaioshin form of zanzoken . Advanced evasion.
-Human: Shin Kikoho (A) - formerly a finishing move of Tien . Direct Hp damage.
-Half-Saiyan: Hekkai (B) - a surge in power level due to rage . Physical power up
-Saiyan: Fighters Instinct (B) - gain speed against your opponent as you learn their fighting style . Agility increase

Storyline and Background:

The Majin (like Babidi) and Demons (like Dabura) have long ago ended their alliance. Now they are just two more worlds close to war. However, their mutual hatred towards the Kaioshin keeps them from attacking each other; for now.

Once puppets and slaves, two eons of evolution have created a formidable new fighting race. The Saibamen. In their struggle for galactic recognition is a plan for a full assault on the new Saiyan planet. They have already sent invasion teams to other planets such as Earth, Konats-sei and New Namek.

Kingless since the death of Cold and his son, the Changelings of Freeza's planet have undergone a civil war as the remaining royalty and nobles vied for power and new leadership. Although factions still exist, most of them have rallied around a new leader, who aims to regain what once was under Freeza's control.

Clawing back from the brink of extinction and gaining even more power then before are the new Saiyans. Are they really full Saiyans? How did any others survive or escape the explosion of Vegeta so long ago? They are also not united any longer. However, most train endlessly and are overseen by the strongest of them all. His goal... REVENGE. When he has gained enough power, when his army is strong enough, when he moves beyond Super Saiyan he plans to personally destroy Freeza's planet himself.


Kami, Kaio, Dai-Kaio, Kaioshin. The beings who have overseen the Universe for so long. Their race was almost wiped out by Buu, but now after a long time Kaioshin descendants have returned to their home, and taken up a new resolve to restore order to the Universe. But with such limited numbers, and an affinity for magic not power, they can't do this alone. They must find new allies. Powerful, righteous ones, like the ones who defeated Majin Buu. Part of their attention has turned to Earth, and they have assigned one Kaioshin named Kaze to seek out, train, and recruit the descendants of the greatest fighters to ever live. The key to ending the galactic wars may lie in what strength the Earth can produce.

The Network
A (Literate) Pokémon Roleplaying Game​

Genre: Officially labeled as "canon cocktail." We're dealing with mainly the anime, with characters of the game and various manga included.
Rating: The journals are PG+. The chats, however, are PG-13 to R. Characters frequently joke about adult subjects.
Warning Listing: Put it this way. Blackjack once called us a "single-fandom CFUD."
Format: First-person, journal-based LiveJournal RPG with optional (but recommended) first-person MSN chats and third-person posts on the OOC community and forums. In other words, the main focus is on the first-person journals. Anything else is pretty much play-by-ear.
Age/Audition Requirements: We have only two requirements. The first is that you be over thirteen years of age. Though characters are forbidden from publicly posting anything explicit, we prefer older roleplayers.

The second is you must be literate. Even though it may be in-character for certain people to write incoherently (Ash, for example), there's a lot of direct player-to-player interaction. Therefore, we need to understand you. In addition, writing skills are required for third-person scene sketches (usually done via chats or the OOC community) to give characters something to write about. Therefore, yes, a writing sample is required upon signing up.
The Idea: Remember the magic of Pokémon? Ever want to live the life of a Pokémon trainer? Relive that moment with the latest – and possibly only – literate Pokémon roleplaying game to hit LiveJournal, the Network. Don't be fooled by the "Pokémon" tag. We're here to play as serious roleplayers: to develop characters and live their lives in a loose world of overlapping stories.

The premise: Barely five years ago, a young inventor created a system that would revolutionize the Pokémon world as anyone knew it – the Pokémon PC Storage/Retrieval System. Its crude, cold interface needed improvement, however, and soon, more joined forces with its original creator to shape the system into something better. Easy-to-use features were added. Wallpapers were created. Name options were encoded.

Then came the communication system. The Network itself.

Though it began as a hidden feature and thus virtually unknown to the majority of users, little by little, people began discovering its usefulness as a tool to communicate with others all over the world and to share their experiences through the journal tool. As more began finding their way to the Network, a close-knit, virtual family began developing.

That, of course, is when the antics began.

Romances, reality-warping legendary Pokémon, drama, action, people randomly wrestling Croconaw, users with dark secrets... If anything can happen within the Network, it usually does.

The Network is a realistic (Well, semi-realistic. I guess.) roleplaying game set within the fantasy world of Pokémon. Where exactly? Everywhere. The aim of the game is to walk in the shoes of your favorite character and find out where paths cross. After all, no matter how twisted a soul's story may be, at the end of it all, all threads eventually connect. At least, they do in the Network.

We're an open roleplaying game currently accepting all canon characters, specifically the ones not listed (either at all or as adoptable) here. Originals are welcome too, though we have limited space for them. (Five slots left!)

Yes thankx Kono! I am the one who made the site. Sorry but I am unregistered but I want members and it was about a Pokemon Kingdom *hints to name* that you travel to a land and then find new pokemon that are going to be discovered! I would like some sprites, if anyone who likes this site and sprites PM me on my site or on Serebii(NarutoUzumaki94 there), I would like to add pokemon. Also I am making a good site so far and I think it will turn out good IF we get members...

I am not sure if anyone reads this section anymore. But this is simply a world that I have created for Pokemon Only, this means there are no humans. You play as a pokemon from the start. Meaning you only use the first evolution of am pokemon, starting a level one and work your way up by meeting new pokemon. Battle pokemon. Discovering the world and developing the world.

in Britain, exists a small village called Mystré. the village is unfortunate enough to be one of the villages where you are most likley to get murdered. this is where you come in

you are an investigator, freshly employed on the british police force. normally, the force would not send a new recruit to some where as dangerous as this place, but they are running out of people to send there. work with other investigators and track down the infamous murderers using your special skills.

remember, these guys like to mess with your heads, so stay focused, and keep a keen eye.

*as this is murder mystery, you will have to keep in mind that there is alot of thinking needed for this. I wont be leading you from one end to the other. depending how good your investigation goes, you could get this wrong*

heh, that would be true, if I didn't find that it was too complicated.

I've change the name to "Magics of old"

the story line is that you have to pick from six different mystical races and attend a magic school of your choice. after three years you can gratuate and have a choice of A) living your life or B) attend a second magic school for another three years before heading out into the world.

im not really advertising an EXISTING pokemon based RPG, more one that needs help getting underway.
i need preferably 2-4 people to help Mod and other such things before it can get started
most of the basics have already been covered, just need some input on certain ideas and we're up and running.
