GEN VI: Non-english Speaking region Water 1 Egg Group Mon

As the title says, I'm looking for a Pokemon that's part of the Water 1 group, that's not from an English version of the game (that means it has SPA, JAP, GER, etc. on the summary screen), and has also IV's in at least HP, Sp. Atk and Speed. I want to breed for shiny pokemon on that egg group more easily, whilst still being competent for a competitive environment. In return I can offer one (or more since I realise, I'm awfully specific in what I want) of the following:

Venipede/ Speed Boost/Impish
Female/ LV. 23
IV's: HP/Atk/Sp.Def/Speed

Froakie/ Protean/ Modest
Male/ Lv. 1
IV's:HP/Sp. Atk/Sp. Def/Speed

Deino/ Hustle/ Modest
Either/ Lv. 1
IV's:Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def

Charmander/ Blaze/ Jolly
Male/ Lv. 33
IV's:All except Sp. Atk

And/or also: a shiny Trubbish, Don't know it's stats, but if that floats your boat, you could have it.

I've got a few Carvanhas and Remoraids with those IVs and they're all Korean.

I'd like the Venipede if possible.

 

[Herbizarre]

I have a few rejects Buizel from my current breeding spree. The two males I can give (since you're looking to use a Water 1 Pokémon to breed with) have 5V, missing either the Defense or Special Defense stat. Also, one has Water Veil as its HA, the other has Swift Swim.

If you want one of these, you'll have to wait at least 5-6 hours, since I'll be off in 15 minutes to a friend's house. I'd like to have the shiny Trubbish, if you please.
