Nonexistant Pokemon make Dragon confuzzled.

Okay. If you'll look on the trusty Bulbapedia, you'll see that there is a Cyndaquil and a Croconaw in Pokemon Colleseum, at Phenac City. I checked on the Phenac City page and it said nothing about either. I also talked to everyone in Phenac City and did the Knockout challnge at the stadium.

But I can't find either of those Pokemon!

Could somebody help me with that? I really want both of those Pokemon for my Emerald.

You have to chose between Bayleaf, Quilava, or Croconaw in Phenac to advance the story. You can only pick one and you can get the others once you beat the final boss.
