Story

In the region of Wyoney universal education is mandated by the Government Pokemon journeys are not present however the market makes it avalible to buy and sell pokemon and there are wild pokemon in the city. Hover cycle gangs are ever present and their members (nicknamed weevers) have been rumored to be working with larger more diabolical groups. However the city is growing the city now has a eighth 3 year high school known as Hiro Metro High which will only have freshman. And the city is announced that each school will elect 3 trainers to represent them in the tournament.

Pokemon: (three pokemon only. Only fully evolved pokemon if they evolve earlier via happiness or level. Mightyena and Lucario are allowed but not Hydreigon and Blastiose are not)

History: (Include how long they have been in the city and what the family their domestic life is like now)
 
Name: R
Personality: Calm, thinker.
Pokemon: Psyduck, Growlithe, Pikachu.

R is a 19 year old final year student at his high school. He has always wanted to represent in the tournaments and believes that he has the potential to win. He doesn't go anywhere without his three trusty pokemon. A childhood friend from Pallet town helped him to catch them when he was 10 years old, before they both left. His friend went to travel the world, R went to school to better his pokemon knowledge

He can't be 19 if he is a freshman in high school. :(

15 in Japan which it is based on hence three year high school. I made a POINT to leave age off the sign ups to be honest :(
