DW Ralts has not been released yet. The only way you can get one until it is released is via hacking.

So, do you want me to move this to the Hacked Pokemon Center or shall I close it?

ah right thanks for the info :) was wonderin why i hadnt seen any hehe . you can close it then not interested in hacked stuff
