Not Recieving Notifications

I have instant notifications on for new posts in thread, PMs, etc., but I'm not receiving them in my e-mail.
 
I haven't gotten any emails for about a week either.
 
yes. i had it in for a long time, changed it, then i was still receiving them with my new e-mail until a day or 2 ago
 
Presumably, if they were receiving them before, they should still be receiving them.

I'm getting a few users reporting this with other things on the site as well. It may be an issue with something that happened in maintenance. I'll pass to our programmer.
