Well I kinda need a Sig Banner, I was hoping a skilled Pokemon person from Bulbagarden could help well here it is -


Well I kinda want a Youth (That looks like Gary/Blue) standing in the middle of the banner

with Rayquaza flying above him and Dialga and Palkia standing side - side (Yes I know Rayqauza's people are Kyogre and Groudon)
