Not sure what to do......

hi all

Im new to the boards, so a little about myself........

My names Damien (if you hadn't guessed) and im a 23 yr old civil servant (23 too old to play pokemon??? NEVER!)

ive been playing since r/b was released, have owned every main game there after and have adored playing each of them....

My question today though is, me and some friends are looking to play competatively (but using carts on wifi)

i've chosen my team and strategy, could you all help me with moves and evs?

i've decided on Gyarados, Electivire, Sceptile, Heatran, Snorlax (any other really good normal type tanks?) and Darkrai. my strategy is using synergy and the type absorbsion traits.

so gyrados is weak to elec switch to electivire etc. is this a common stategy or not?


anyway, a warm hello to everyone and any help you all could offer would be great (and pleeease tell me im not the only person over 14 here )

Oi new person!

On the Gyrados to Electrive movement, that is very common.

And make sure you know the rules if you want to use Darkiri.

Blissey can be a good sp tank.

am i right in thinking that Heatran isnt considered an Uber in most tier lists? if it is i might have to swap him for a magmotar, any ideas on moves or evs?

Heatran is considered OU or overused. All of your Pokemon are except for Sceptile which is BL.
