Notability of Voice Actors

There has now been some issues with the notability of Voice Actors, specifically international voice actors. Now, some of these actors I can see having their own own pages: like Sandra de Castro, she has enough roles that she played to be notable. The other ones that currently have pages are people like Teresa Madruga, a person who has only voiced Jessie and Ash's mother in the Original Series and in the first and second movies in Portugal. These pages seem like minimal stubs beause of how few roles they had voiced and seems like they deserve more of a redirect towards the List of international voice actors. We are an English wiki and there are English voice actors who aren't even notable enough for their own pages, so why should we include every minimal and little voice actor that other countries have used, when we don't even do that for our own?

We need to draw the line somewhere.

And the thing with the international VAs is...not every article has them. Some do and some don't.

All we need are American and Japanese on articles, and then a "List of International Voice Actors" article or something.

We already have a list of International voice actors. I tried to create redirects towards it, but other users became offended and reverted my edits. And others are also trying to turn the already made redirects into articles with minimal information.

Here's how I feel about it; if a voice actor had at least three confirmed roles in Pokémon, as well as several other notable roles (anime or otherwise) then they should get an article. At least, that's how I decide which English or Japanese VAs get articles. For Brazilian, that's more difficult, because most of us haven't seen that dub. Now, we do have several users who have seen that dub, and feel that articles should be created about those voice actors.

I seem to recall when this first happened, Pie had some qualms about this. No consensus was ever reached, so the VAs kept getting added. Now, we have voice actors for the dubs in Brazil, Italian, Portuguese, Latin-American and in Spain. To me, that's a little excessive. Why can't we just redirect them to the List of international VAs? Because, to be honest, I fail to see how José Parisi, Jr. meets the notability requirements.

unless no information is put on the small articles, I see no reason on not keeping all international actor articles.
