Notification stuck?

The site says I have a post in a subscribed tread but I've looked at everything and the notification still has not gone away. Not a problem, just want to know if there is a way to fix it maybe.
 
No because I'm subscribed to quite a few threads. I did go through and check them all. It just always tells me I have a notification when there is not one.
