Notifications Bar Problem?

When I click on the bar once It sends me strait to my settings page. Also I can't click on the links in the drop down box. Also, even when I go to where the quote or mention is from my user page it will not go away. VMs will go away though.

I've been having the same problem with the Quotes and Mentions. It's fairly annoying...

Not experiencing this error here at all.

What web browsers are each of you using? If you have a noscript addon installed, do you have it allowing scripts from bulbagarden.net and bmgf.bulbagarden.net?

Weird, not happening for me, and I get a far amount of notifications a day.
