So in case you missed it from the Nintendo Direct.... the DK Challenge is an interesting little mini-event for Nintendo Switch Online users. For a quick overview, you can take a look at this video.
There's been some speculation this may be Nintendo's answer to achievements on other consoles, with regular events like this being held for different franchises and games at different intervals. But regardless of if that's true or if this is a one-off.... how are you going with it? Have you actually found it challenging at all? Or has the virtual console ability to rewind things just made things trivially easy for you?
