i put a lot of thought into this team and I've been testing it out lots on PO. I am hoping for some improvements and possible better pokemon or move replacements.

Ursaring (M) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Quick Feet
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Facade
- Close Combat
- Crunch

-depending on the situation my wallbreaker or physical sweeper. I prefer quick feet ursaring over guts because if i nab a swords dance than its like a guts anyways plus I have more speed which is great against not scarfed sweepers. scarfed sawk as well as gurdurr are a problem though but that's what amoongus and rotom is for to help me out with that. If I take care of powerful priority users ursaring can either destroy a team's walls or sweep away.

Golem (F) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Rock Blast
- Earthquake
- Sucker Punch

- very reliable stealth rocker and can also act as kind of a sweeper if i predict correctly. I can sometimes take out at least a lead. Sturdy and lum berry ensures I get rocks up unless I'm up against a taunter, cincinno or if there is a rapid spinner on the team (I gotta make sure I take care of that first). lead cincinno's is quite a problem with it's bullet seed but amoongus deals with it pretty well and get it to sleep.

Grumpig (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Thunder Wave
- Heal Bell
- Psychic
- Seismic Toss

My least used pokemon. It's great for status support but I have to look out for ursaring and if it's already poisoned I must determine if it's worth it to use heal bell at that point or not. Great synergy with amoongus because it deals with it's fire, ice, and psychic weekeness very well. Thick fat helps for the first two. Amoongus handles physical hits of course. Thinking about a replacement for it, but what would work well with Amoongus that is a special wall?

Amoonguss (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Clear Smog
- Giga Drain
- Spore
- Hidden Power [Fire]

- one of my favourite walls ever. Takes physical hits like a champ although a banded ice punch from sneasle is surprisngly very scary taking like 65% from it. ice punch from floatsel(amoonges checks/counters this guy usually very well) only does half of that I think if I recall correctly. Great Sawk counter too which would otherwise really hurt me. Of course regenerator and spore seal the deal for me and this thing can last quite a while. It's so important for this team that if it goes down then my chances of winning go down quite a bit. I can stop baton pass teams cold with clear smog as well. Assuming they are not snuggly in a substitute with plus 6 def/sp. def.

Rotom (Rotom-S) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Trick
- Air Slash
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Fighting]

- very important revenge killer for me. Stealth rocks does hinder it however but it can come in even after 4 stealth rocks if it was at full health so i will still be able to do something hopefully. this thing draws so many switch ins and i tend to get lots of damage off from couple of pokemon. If im lucky i can cripple a boosting pokemon or a wall with trick too which can be very helpful. Debating whether to use another hidden power or not, or to switch trick with thundberbolt. my ice problems can be directed to grumpig and my rock problems to golem or amoongus. Levitate is great if a pokemon is locked in a ground type move or if i predict a ground type move.

Simipour (M) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Gluttony
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Focus Blast
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot
- Hydro Pump

- - don't use this guy too much either but it's usually late game if I decide on it, or if I get a safe switch in because it is so frail. specs hydro pump will hurt a lot plus it has great coverage as well as great speed. All i do with this thing is fire off an attack and hope it cripples something. good prediction means success. Grass threats can be handled by Rotom or I can use ice beam if I feel I can take it out.

The movesets are all very standard, except maybe simipour which other then hydro pump is kinda random. I would like a very non standard but effective moveset in my team as well but don't know what to use or who to use for it. Another, more specific thing I would like a suggestion for if possible is a great nu special wall that can rapid spin. Good at spreading status too. Thanks for reading!

Which Pokemon gives you problems in general?

- baton pass teams give me troubles. I do have amoongus with clear smog but it's so slow and sometimes won't even break the sub so that causes more problems. maybe a need a pokemon with roar or haze. I also had troubles with scarfed sawk and scarfed gardevoir. Gard. is very dangerous because it's still bulky, it won't die from golem's sucker punch and it outspeeds my quick feet ursaring. Rotom dies one on one against it too unless im lucky with flinches.

I don't play NU usually, but I think a Perish Song user might help. I use that on Baton Pass Teams, and since Baton Pass passes Perish Song, it destroys them. They don't have time to set most stuff up.

What's a good pokemon that has perish song in NU? Would it still force out someon that uses ingrain? having a pokmeon with roar won't even matter in that case.

Perish Song still affects Pokémon using ingrain.
I honestly don't know. I imagine defensive Lapras or Altaria could work.

oooo those are interesting ideas. Thanks. I've used defensive altaria before and it is an amazing stall pokemon.
