Oak's Letter, wi-fi distribution, announced in Japan

I just read on Bulbapedia that, this spring, Oak's letter will be distributed through wi-fi on Japan's Pokemon site.

I do understand that the Secret Key and the Member Card have already been distributed that way in Japan. I chose to sit them out because Pokemon Platinum wasn't and still isn't due for release until March 22, and I would rather not play an import copy of any Pokemon game. However, if it's possible, I would like to get my hands on this event item, along with any others I can get.

I have seen some YouTube videos explaining how to get the Secret Key or Member Card.

However, does anyone know the link to the site where I can pick up Oak's Letter (assuming that I even can download it onto an American game copy)?

You obviously do not understand how it works. You don't download it off a site. You access the Mystery Gift function in game and go to receive from wifi. If there's one available for your game and region, then it'll download it

You can't download it onto an American game. To get the download you connect your DS to Nintendo WiFi connection and then you will be able to download whatever is available at the time. However, this is all region locked so you will only be able to download items available for your region.

I have a Japanese copy of Platinum so I have both of the WiFi items that they already released.
