A black male being a homophobe? I should be surprised, but I'm not. The government should pay for all gays to move to Canada and get it over with, then the US can live happily gay free.

I love the part where he compares being gay to being incestual or being a pedophile.

He also argues that gays aren't a "real" minority like black people (surprise, something I've heard from many black people) and thus don't deserve protection under the law. Also, charging gay people for taxes but not spending them on protecting gay rights will conserve money for the government (can I please stop paying taxes?). What a complete and utter bastard.

I don't really trust the source. I know he flip-flopped on DADT, which I'm pissed about, but... what's "Americablog?" And where's the outrage in the news media, at daily kos and the like?

EDIT: Okay, I read the article. The Obama Justice Department is defending the constitutionality of an existing statute - it's not calling for anything new. (Whether or not they have to? IANAL, but I don't necessarily believe some asshole on some blog is either, especially given the lack of outrage on the left.) And if so, this is a nasty flipflop, but why isn't congress repealing it? You can't just blame Obama here.
